Trusting as deeply as Hannah

It can seem easier to take control of every situation. But trusting in God, even with your children has been a timeless effort. Many women in the Bible trusted God with their babies.

Moses’s mother put her baby boy in a basket so he would not be killed.

Hannah cried out to God, and have her only son to Him as a thank you.

Mary said yes to the Holy Spirit and allowed the birth of Jesus, although she was a young virgin to be married.

These were a few fearless mothers who entrusted God with every ounce of their being. They gave up perceived control.

God shared with me, to be more like Hannah. To trust Him and love Him so fully that I would give my children to Him. And y’all I’m not going to lie, that’s hard!! But God is refining my heart, my perspective and giving grace.

He is ministering to me though motherhood.

He’s healing opened wounds that were superficially sealed.

He’s speaking to me in ways to lead them to be better disciples.

He is with me, and He is with you too.

If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, and anger in motherhood you might just need to say, “yes God I trust you with my children”

I pray this message blesses you and helps you grow in your walk with God.

Love, Kelso 🤍
