God created you fearfully and wonderfully. (Psalm 139:14 NIV)
You are unique, your experiences are unique and your outlook is unique.
Exercise can help improve mood, decrease anxiety, decrease depression, some even say it’s a treatment for symptoms of depression. Exercise can improve sleep, clear brain fog, generate feel good hormones known as endorphins and decrease the likelihood of developing chronic disease. Heart disease is the leading cause of death in our nation. Yet only 24% of our population engages in regular exercise. (CDC.2022)
Movement is medicine y’all! And the enemy wants to use your insecurities to hold YOU back from living the life God has called you into. Don’t let shame hold you back from moving deeper with God. Don’t let others criticism keep you in a box. Don’t let fear of how your body is perceived by others keep you from getting better. Don’t let shame lead you to death !
“O my God, in You I trust, Do not let me be ashamed; Do not let my enemies exult over me.”
Psalms 25:2 NIV
Exercises is an attainable preventative measure with extensive health benefits. And by avoiding all and any exercise- you are increasing your likelihood of slow death.
I want to encourage you to invite God on your fitness journey. Give your insecurities to Him, let Him heal your wounds. Fight with the armor of God and enter the next level of your life.
Let’s goooo! ❤️💪🏻
